What we handle for Fairfax communities
From Fair Lakes apartment communities to Old Town Fairfax condo associations, we handle common-area scooping, waste-station restocking, and monthly reporting your board can actually read.
Residents notice two things about a community's grounds: the landscaping and the dog waste. The second one generates far more complaints, and it's the cheaper of the two to fix. We build a schedule around your traffic patterns instead of selling a fixed package.
Common-area scooping
Scheduled sweeps of greens, courtyards, dog runs, and pathway edges — daily, weekly, or whatever your community's traffic requires.
Waste station service
We install, restock, and empty pet waste stations so bags never run out and cans never overflow.
Sanitizing & deodorizing
EPA-listed, pH-neutral treatment for high-traffic relief areas, safe for residents, kids, and pets.
Documented reporting
Every visit is time-stamped and photographed, with a monthly summary your board or property manager can file.

- Mosby WoodsEstablished mid-century lots with big shade trees and fenced back yards — a classic every-other-week neighborhood for us.
- Country Club ViewLarger open lawns off Chain Bridge Road where weekly service keeps the grass usable for kids and dogs alike.
- MantuaSloped, wooded yards near Accotink where waste washes downhill fast. Most Mantua clients run weekly.
