No. Almost all of our visits happen while customers are at work. We need reliable gate access, and we text a photo of the closed gate plus a completion note after every visit so you know exactly what happened.
Access is the only real requirement. An unlocked gate, a combination, or a code works. If your gate is padlocked and you'd rather not share a code, most customers leave it unlocked on their service day only — we text a reminder the evening before.
Dogs outside are fine to plan around, but we ask that they be indoors or in a separate area during the visit. It's not a comfort issue for us; it's that an excited dog follows the tech around and makes a thorough sweep harder, and we'd rather not be the reason a gate stands open longer than it should.
Every visit ends with photo proof — the cleaned area and the latched gate — sent by text. That's the part customers who are never home say they value most: you don't have to walk the yard to know it was done.
Your first clean is on us.
No card on file. No contract. If you don't love the first visit, you don't pay a cent — really.
