Short answer

You pick a frequency, a technician arrives on your scheduled day, walks the full yard, bags and removes all waste, disinfects tools, latches the gate, and texts a photo of the finished yard. No one needs to be home, and billing is per visit.

Setup is a ZIP check, a dog count, and a gate access note — whether there is a code, a latch, or a side path. That is the whole onboarding. Most yards go onto an existing route within a couple of days.

On visit day the technician works a perimeter-first pattern: fence lines, bed edges, under decks, around AC pads, then the open lawn in overlapping passes. The open lawn is the easy part; the edges are where a rushed job shows. Waste goes into sealed containers on the truck and off-site, not into your bin.

Before leaving, tools get disinfected, the gate gets checked and latched, and you get a text with a photo of the cleaned yard and the closed gate. If a spot was missed, you reply to that text and the technician returns within 24 hours at no charge.
